A Tale of Two Strengths
Jun 16, 2026
As a member of the Kieser team, Eleanor works within a system that blends physiotherapy principles with evidence-based, machine-supported strength training.
Kieser offers a structured, clinical environment where individuals can safely build strength, enhance mobility, and reduce pain using specialised resistance machines under expert guidance.
Together with a colleague, Eleanor presents "A Tale of Two Strengths," a session exploring the contrasting journeys of two individuals: one who trains consistently and one who does not. Through this comparison, they'll demonstrate how small, consistent habits can have a profound impact on mobility, balance, and confidence-especially as we age. The session focuses on sustainable, achievable strategies and is designed to be interactive, featuring light exercises and thought-provoking questions that encourage participants to reflect on their own routines.
Because living longer is one thing, but increasing the years we live well is what truly matters
