Paediatrics RNSH

Leila is a Diversionsl Therapist in Paediatrics at RNSH and has been in this role for 17 years. She has a great passion for helping children and their families during difficult times. 

She is also the Director of Urban Fitness Solutions and has taken on this role for over 10 years   Her drive to become a personal trainer came from the rise of incidence of obesity in children as well as other health issues such as diabetes. This has now expanded to helping people with their health, including rehabilitation and the elderly.  She is very passionate about people living a quality life through feeling good about themselves by being fitter and healthier.
